This 2.5 hour session is designed for women seeking to elevate their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being while balancing the demands of career, family, farm, and personal growth. Attendees will learn practical, actionable strategies to prioritize your own health and wellness without guilt, fostering a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Through insightful guidance, you will explore how to create a sustainable wellness routine that fits your unique lifestyle, helping you show up fully in both your personal and professional life. After a short dinner break, the interactive workshop session will guide you in building a personalized wellness blueprint. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, discussions, and receive individualized guidance to set realistic, measurable wellness goals.
