Join us for a hands-on session where Henn House BBQ teaches us the secrets behind cuts, tools, and big flavor. Bring your questions and your appetite. Dinner will include pork and beef options and then get into the workshop portion! The workshop will feature lessons on different meat cuts and the best way to prepare and cook them, as well as the best tools to use.
