Manager: Josh Gibb Josh has been the office manager since September of 2004. Josh is a graduate of Carl Sandburg College where he completed his general education before transferring to Western Illinois University where he earned a degree in Political Science. Josh was born and raised in Roseville Illinois so he is very familiar with the area. He feels "very fortunate to be working in such a great county".
